Whether clients seek telephonic counseling, clinical assessments, referrals or crisis intervention, EAP providers can depend upon the staff at BHRW. This team is prepared to provide seamless client service – and represent the EAP’s best interests while delivering customer-centric results to clients. The BHRW team is comprised of master’s-level clinicians specializing in a variety of behavioral disciplines. They are trained to make rapid assessments of each caller’s needs and to provide the appropriate intervention based on customized protocols developed between the EAP and BHRW.
