History
BHR Worldwide was founded in 2004. It is the for-profit subsidiary of Behavioral Health Response (BHR), a non-profit organization, incorporated in the State of Missouri in 1994. BHRW’s parent company was developed by Missouri’s Eastern Region Community Mental Health Centers of the Department of Mental Health to plan, coordinate and deliver access and crisis intervention services.
The highly trained master’s level crisis intervention counselors of BHR are perfectly suited to deliver live-answer call center services to BHRW’s customers - EAPs, state and county behavioral health agencies, privately and publically held treatments centers and international corporations. BHRW continues to focus on developing service offerings that utilize our strengths: our exceptional staff and state of the art technology.
In 2007 BHRW implemented its proprietary database CallPRO. CallPRO was designed over three years to address the highly specialized needs of our clients. It is designed to be highly customizable which allows our clients the ability to seamlessly integrate their services with ours. CallPRO was also fully integrated with our telephone system. In 2009 we completed an upgrade to our telephone system including integrating VOIP capabilities with our Hard line technology to provide more flexibility and redundancy.
